   投资者可按照以下事项做好审批准备工作(1) Investors may prepare for the examination and approval in accordance with the following items:

A、投资咨询
A. Investment consulting
B、投资项目申请报告、项目建议书或合资合作意向书。
B. Application report for investment project, project proposals or joint venture letter of intent.
C、投资企业合同章程、可行性研究报告、资信证明、合法开业证明，董事长委托证明。
C. Contract of the invested enterprises, feasibility study reports, credit certificates, legal opening certificate, Chairman Commission certificate.
D、工商、税务、海关登记证明。
D. Certificate of the bureau of industry and commerce administration, taxation and customs.
投资者也可以根据需要减少或增加审批材料。
Investors may also reduce or increase the examination and approval materials according to requirement.

A、投资项目审查。
A. Investment project review.
B、确定厂房使用方式，签订租赁合同。
B. Determine plant usage pattern, sign the lease contract.
C、办理立项．规划用地审批手续。
C. Proceed the approval procedures for project establishment and planning land use.
D、领取执照。
D. Obtain licenses.
E、办理施工手续，进行土建施工的设备安装。

F、建筑物验收，办理房产证。
